Topic subscription

Topic subscription operations are helpful in allowing your application to create a topic subscription to the status of DI configuration operations that you have created. For example, you can use these operations to find out how many configurations have been sent to endpoints for the operations and how many configurations have completed by getting status messages back up to CMS from the endpoint.
